Product Description:

Tam Tech Concrete Removal will prevent concrete from bonding to equipment, ready-mix trucks, forms, screeds, tools, power trowels, mortar mixers, etc. It will also soften fresh concrete to ease the removal of the concrete from many types of surfaces before it fully cures. It is also ideal for seasoning aluminum forms prior to use.

Instructions:

First remove the loose concrete from the surfaces to be coated. High pressure cold water preferred for removal. Let dry.  Do not dilute product. Apply at 400 square feet per gallon. Use a light spray or brush. Re-apply at end of each shift. Remove softened concrete periodically and then re-spray product. Tools and hardware may be soaked in product for a couple of days for easy removal of concrete. For seasoning aluminum forms, the forms should be clean and then placed in the sun to warm up prior to application at 400 sq ft per gallon.

Limitations:

Surfaces will be slippery after application. Do not dilute. Do not use as a form release agent.

Shelf Life:

Two years in unopened containers.

Warning:

Skin contact may cause irritation. Remove clothing if contaminated and wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. If eye contact occurs, flush will water and contact physician.
Avoid prolonged breathing of vapors and prolonged skin contact. Use safety glasses and wear rubber gloves. Use with adequate ventilation or if ventilation is poor, refer to MSDS for further information.  Do not use near heat or flame. Product is combustible. Do not cut the top off of drum.
